Android TV Update Adds Google TV’s Watchlist & More

Google TV has been updated with the ability to add shows and movies from your Watchlist.

The “android tv update 2020” is a recent update that has been released for the Android TV platform. The update adds features such as Google’s Watchlist, which allows users to see what shows are currently on and when they’re coming up next. Additionally, there are many other new features that have been added to the Android TV platform with this update.

Android TV Update Adds Google TV's Watchlist & More

Google is now pushing out an update to Android Television (Android TV) that includes a number of new capabilities, including access to the same watchlist as Google TV with Chromecast is a service that allows you to watch. The overall goal of the upgrade is to enhance how suggestions are presented and how users save content to watch later.

Android TV has been around for a while and is used to power a number of smart TVs and streaming devices, including the Shield TV by Nvidia. Google TV, on the other hand, was just released with Google’s newest Chromecast gadget. Since then, Android TV has gradually adopted enhancements that help the user interface’s appearance and feel to more nearly mirror those of Google TV.

The most recent update exemplifies this, as the Google TV watchlist will now be accessible on Android TV devices. The user will be able to add titles to a dedicated watchlist row on the Discovery tab of the home screen once it is accessible. In fact, users may add movies to their watchlist on a variety of devices, including their smartphone, and the watchlist on Android TV will instantly sync. The upgrade will begin trickling out to Android TV this week, according to Google.

In addition, the upgrade includes “immersive detail pages,” as Google calls them. In essence, Android TV viewers will get improved and more cinematic-like results, including the auto-playing of trailers when they are available. Users may disable “video previews” in the Device Preferences section of the settings menu to disable the auto-play function.

Android TV users may anticipate an enhanced recommendations experience in general, in addition to the redesigned watchlist and more immersive video sites. By clicking left or right on a title, the user will be able to instruct the algorithm whether to display fewer or more comparable titles in the future. The ability to fine-tune suggestions will not come standard, but it will be accessible through a new “Improve your recommendations” card that customers will see after the update is installed. After active, the user may conduct as many likes and dislikes as they like, with the system updating the suggestions algorithm automatically once they’re done.

These improvements are mostly accessible on the Chromecast with Google TV, so any homes utilizing the newest Chromecast as one of their streaming devices will be acquainted with the changes. The modifications should make it simpler to locate and manage content in the future for individuals who rely only on Android TV devices.

Google is the source of this information.

The Search Ghost and White Mushroom Heartless, as well as Bambi’s summon in Agrabah, all drop Bright Gems.

The best technique for obtaining these gems is to use the Look for ghosts.. They’re significantly simpler to farm than other techniques, even with a 4% drop rate. And since the second area of Traverse Town contains a large quantity of these ghosts, bringing them out here provides a simple farming path.

Search Ghosts may be found in the Second District at the following locations:

– Behind the stores in the alley – On the top of the shops (“Suits & Dresses” and “Boots & Shoes”) – Near the water fountain – In the Hotel’s Green Room (“Room 2”)

Furthermore, these heartless respawn on a regular basis. So you could farm them endlessly by doing loops through the Second District Hotel.

Where Can I Get Bright Gems in Kingdom Hearts 1 + KH1.5?

For these jewels, there are just a few viable farming strategies, and the Search Ghost is by far the most effective.

If you’re going to Agrabah anyhow, Bambi’s summon may be useful. However, since you’ll need to fill Bambi’s charge gauge three times to even have a shot at a Bright Gem, this will take a bit more forethought.

That being stated, below are all of the ways you may get Bright Gems in the game.

Search Ghosts

Halloween Town, Monstro, Atlantica, Traverse Town, and the End of the World are all haunted by these terrifying dreams.

These folks aren’t exactly squandering gems with a 4% drop probability. However, they will most likely be your best choice for cultivating a large number of them.

Simply go to Traverse Town’s second area and walk around near the water fountain (down the stairs in the 2nd District entering from the Synthesis Shop). There are a slew of ghosts in the area, all of them should be able to provide you with diamonds at a decent fee.

You may also cultivate them in the Hotel’s Green Room.

This is an excellent location since the ghosts will respawn if you leave the area and then return, making it a relatively straightforward approach.

Mushrooms, White

These uncommon soulless may be found in almost every planet, although they don’t always spawn. It’s a bit more difficult to grow White Mushrooms because of this.

Cure magic on the mushroom three times for Bright jewels (you’ll have to wait till it mimes for Cure orders). You have a 40% chance of getting a Bright Gem if you properly cast three Cure magic spells in a row.

You may alternatively try to cast Cure magic as the very last spell, which will still offer you a 10% chance.

Bambi has a charge gauge that drops a variety of useful goods as you defeat more Heartless.

He has a 30% chance to drop a Bright Gem if you call him in Agrabah and vanquish numerous opponents to fill up the gauge x3 times.

This procedure might be time-consuming, but it is significantly less difficult than dealing with White Mushrooms.

Bambi can only drop Bright Gems in Agrabah, so keep that in mind. Bambi will have a different drop table if he is summoned on other planets.

Everything Bambi can drop in Agrabah is listed here, arranged by the number of gauges you’ll need to fill at each drop rate:

Gauges Drops
x1 Filled High-potency (100 percent )
x2 Filled Ether is a kind of ether (100 percent ) Shard of Light (40 percent )
x3 Filled Mega-Remedy (100 percent ) Shard of Light (60 percent ) a brilliant gem (30 percent )

Uses for a Bright Gem

Bright Gems may be utilized in a few synthesis recipes, some of which involve goods that you’ll want to make several times.

Here’s a complete list of everything you can do using Bright Gems in Kingdom Hearts 1 + KH1.5.

Megalixir: Restores your party’s HP and MP completely.

With List IV and x5 Bright Shards, x3 Bright Gems, x1 Bright Crystal, x1 Shiny Crystal, and x2 Gale, you may construct one in the original KH1.

There is an alternative formula in KH1.5 Remix that does not need any Bright Gems.

Angel Bangle: This item offers +6 HP and +2 Defense to anybody in your party. With List II and x3 Spirit Shards, x3 Power Shards, and x3 Bright Gems, you may make this in Kingdom Hearts 1.

You’ll need List II with x3 Thunder Shards and x1 Bright Gem if you’re playing KH1.5 Remix or Final Mix.

Ribbon: One of the greatest defensive items in the game, providing +20 percent resistance to Fire, Blizzard, Thunder, and Dark, as well as +3 Defense.

You may make one using List IV and x5 Blaze Gems, x5 Frost Gems, x5 Thunder Gems, x5 Bright Gems, and x3 Gale in Kingdom Hearts 1.

There is a formula in KH1.5 Remix & Final Mix that does not need any Bright Gems.

Defense Up: Gives any character an extra point of defense.

Combine it with List IV, x3 Lucid Shards, x3 Bright Shards, x2 Bright Gems, x1 Power Crystal, and x5 Orichalcums in KH1.5 Remix.

The original Kingdom Hearts 1 game contains an alternative formula that does not need Bright Gems.

Dark Ring: Fight darkness with darkness, gaining +20 percent dark damage resistance and +3 defense with this item.

This ring may be made using x2 Lucid Gems and x2 Bright Gems in KH1.5 Remix with List III.

Cosmic Arts: This is another another fantastic addition to any outfit. It will give you +9 HP, +2 MP, and +2 AP, as well as improve your magic and summoning abilities.

Only x5 Bright Shards, x3 Bright Gems, x1 Bright Crystal, and x3 Mythril may be used to manufacture this in KH1.5 Remix/Final Mix with List V.

Is it Worth Farming Bright Gems?

In Kingdom Hearts 3, they are employed in a number of very powerful end-game level accessories. Plus, having extra Defense Ups is always a good idea.

So grinding out enough Gems to at least synthesize goods like the Ribbon, Cosmic Arts, and a few Megalixirs is well worth your effort.

Search Ghosts are also rather simple to locate and defeat, particularly in Traverse Town and Halloween Town.

Apple TV+ may be seen on a wide range of devices, including smart TVs, streaming players, mobile devices, gaming consoles, and web browsers. While the Apple TV app used to be restricted in terms of non-Apple device compatibility, things have evolved dramatically since its first release. Apple TV+ episodes and movies are now available on a variety of platforms and devices.

Apple’s video streaming service debuted in late 2019. A normal Apple TV+ membership costs $4.99 per month, making it a cost-effective alternative to other subscription services. Apple TV+, like the first device support, had certain limitations in terms of the number of movies and episodes accessible to stream. Apple, on the other hand, has enlarged both the content choices and the device compatibility list since then.

Apple TV+, as predicted, works well with all of Apple’s own devices, including the iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. Consumers, on the other hand, may be shocked at how easily the subscription service is now available, and how many gadgets in the house are likely to be compatible with Apple TV+.

Apple TV+ is compatible with the following platforms and devices:

Apple has a reputation for being protective of its applications and services, and Apple TV+ was no exception. Apple has progressively expanded support over time, and its video streaming service is now accessible on a broad range of devices. Naturally, Apple’s own iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Apple TV are expected to be extremely compatible with Apple TV+.

The subscription service is also available on a range of third-party smart TVs, streaming devices, gaming consoles, and web browsers for non-Apple device users. Whether a device isn’t listed as compatible, check if it’s AirPlay 2-enabled, since this will allow you to cast Apple TV+ from another device.

Season 8, Episode 2 “Armageddon Part 2” REVIEW: The Flash

Reviews of television shows

Is the Flash going crazy? It certainly seems so in “Armageddon Part 2.” This week’s episode is the second of a five-part event that kicks off Season 8, and it sees Barry attempting to persuade Despero that he would not create the havoc the extraterrestrial visitor fears, which may be more difficult than he expects. While “Armageddon Part 2” is weaker on action and jokes than the first, it gradually builds in tension until we assume we’re seeing another Crisis-level narrative – and, because to all the psychic nonsense, we’re not sure what to think.

Barry is desperate to show Despero incorrect about the risk he represents, but he is feeling the strain of stress as seemingly all elements of his life disintegrate at once. During her crimes, a metahuman criminal called Xotar displays telepathic abilities, prompting Barry to assume she is the cause of his future deeds. If Despero chooses to go for Barry again, Frost advises Chester to construct a weapon that can kill him. The mysterious disappearance of a cherished figure is revealed.

“Armageddon Part 2” starts immediately after last week’s conclusion, with Despero knocking Barry to the ground as a result of their agreement. Despero is putting the Flash to the test to see how much strength he’ll need to kill him if the need arises. This first scene tells a lot about the show’s new villain: he’s systematic and ready for anything, or at least everything he can anticipate. Despero is trying to preserve the planet, and his brief ceasefire with Barry will not deter him. This is in stark contrast to Barry, who cannot comprehend Despero’s claim that he is a danger. As a consequence, Despero, despite his desire to assassinate our hero, seems more rational than Barry, allowing for multiple scenarios but being prepared for the worst. The remainder of the show, particularly Barry’s actions, are shaped by this contrast.

Barry spends the majority of “Armageddon Part 2” hunting for a fast remedy. He’s so certain that Despero is incorrect that he’s on the hunt for an outside element that may be to blame for the disaster that Despero believes he’s to blame for. He creates Xotar, a (very stupid) villain-of-the-week psychic who forces anybody in her path to suffer a mental breakdown, such as a hospital security officer who is catatonic. And his first experience with Xotar confirms this: he’s caught in one of her psychic who’s-it-whats, and he wakes up in a moment, but it’s the aftermath of a horrific assault on his loft in which he almost murdered Caitlin, Chester, and Allegra (a third of which would have been a tragedy). That seems to be the case when Caitlin uses some sci-fi STAR Labs technology to establish that Barry is healthy and stable — there’s a lot we simply have to go with this week between the psychic things and the scientific stuff. Isn’t it obvious that it’s Xotar?

But, in assuming so, Barry is committing a typical misstep (not those ones). Barry’s life unravels piece by little in “Armageddon Part 2,” as he loses his job, learns he’s being investigated for a crime he didn’t commit, loses STAR Labs, and loses control of himself to Xotar. But, even when his friends attempt to refocus him, he either ignores or rationalizes all of these things, fixating entirely on Xotar. Xotar is a symptom, not the sickness, and Barry does not recognize this until the very end. Barry sees himself rip up his city in a Hulk-like frenzy after defeating her, and as Xotar had been incarcerated at the time, he couldn’t have been under her spell. This implies that his comparable outburst in the loft wasn’t caused by her. But when he learns that Joe has been dead for months and he has no recollection of it, Barry realizes that something is seriously wrong with him. Barry has lost all of his parents at some time, and although he’s made errors as a result, none of them have fully broken him; losing Joe may well have been the ultimate straw, the death he couldn’t overcome. Is it, however, too late for him to stop what Despero feels is about to happen?

The Flash Armageddon Part 2

The battle between the larger good and the immediate good is at the heart of “Armageddon Part 2,” as it was last week and in so many previous episodes and seasons. Barry’s commitment to the immediate good has always revealed itself in his faith in people or his desire to assist others. It now manifests itself in Barry’s belief in himself, in his own goodness; this makes sense and seems like a natural progression for his character. Barry has had doubts in the past, but he’s done enough good that he should be able to acknowledge his own bravery. But, even if it’s warranted, selfishness doesn’t come easily to Barry Allen. He can’t compartmentalize it as Despero can with his commitment to serve the greater good. The prospect of losing Joe and having no recollection of it hits him square in the face with reality, or at the very least the chance that he’s incorrect. Perhaps the experience was too much for him, and Despero was correct about his mental fragility.

But can we put our faith in Despero? I don’t believe so, and one of the most intriguing things of “Armageddon Part 2” is that it seems Despero is just as intent on proving his point as Barry is. Whatever is going on, I don’t believe it’s related to Joe’s death – in fact, I’m not certain he’s dead (which is why I’m not throwing things). Despero’s presence throughout the show suggests that he’s more engaged in the events than we would imagine. Is he so certain in Barry’s turn that he’ll go to any length to ensure that he can murder him and rescue the future? He has psychic talents that are stronger than Cecile’s and, most likely, Xotar’s. And he regrets his prior kindness, his embracing of the immediate good, and the resultant devastation of his home planet in that fantastic moment when he tells Barry how he came to live on Earth (which has more than a few shades of Thanos’ narrative from the MCU). Perhaps tampering with Barry’s trial time is his method of letting go of his compassionate impulses while justifying his actions by claiming that he gave the Flash a chance. Despero is quickly becoming one of the most interesting villains in the show’s history – maybe even the whole Arrowverse – and Tony Curran is fantastic in the character, frightening, driven, but also sad and genuinely human. However, the CGI is still the worst.

The Flash Armagddon Part 2

“Armageddon Part 2” doesn’t have many subplots, which is perhaps for the best. The sole one here is connected to the primary narrative and theme: when Frost advises that he create a weapon capable of murdering Despero, Chester is confronted with his own ethical problem. Chester is a self-described pacifist who opposes the creation of weapons, particularly those that kill. Barry’s life, on the other hand, is on the line; Despero is very strong, and the Flash is unlikely to be able to destroy him. Is he essentially murdering Barry if he doesn’t create the weapon? If that’s the case, he has no option except to pick who lives and who dies, and doing nothing is just as proactive as manufacturing a ray gun. Issue episode, he gets off easy by repelling Despero so Barry may flee, but this is certain to come up again before the three-eyed monster is finally defeated. Chester is still irritating, but I enjoyed this subplot since it connects him to the show more philosophically.

In Season 8’s opening salvo, “Armageddon Part 2” is another strong entry. The stakes seem like they’ve been elevated for the next three chapters, as Barry’s ethics are cast in a less favorable way, Despero becomes even more fascinating, and the stakes feel like they’ve been upped for the next three installments. This one isn’t helped by some poor special effects and an uninteresting mini-boss.
